1. General Policy

Daxini Space handles user logins, app publishing, and community features via the decentralized Aporaksha Passport. All physical and premium digital workspace licensing purchases made through our catalog are routed via Aporaksha checkout. Refund requests are handled case-by-case within 14 days of licensing.

2. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
